Although there are many testing kits in the market which works by the same principle of colorimetric test to determine presence of adulterant in milk but they are not very user friendly and the chemicals lose effectiveness due to contact with air. this product makes this job very easy such that anyone can use it to test milk at any time. the chemical reagents are inside air tight glass vials. they are dispensed using a spring loaded nozzle onto a filter paper which is pre-soaked in milk. the color change which occurs is detected by color recognition sensor and based on pre-fed data the device determines whether milk is adulterated or not and gives indication by led. this way the whole process is automated and the user does not need to do the tedious job of using test tubes and droppers and then look for color change and match it with a chart.
