This project aims to display notice board information to the students through iot. . it can be used in applications wherever news updates are required. a website has been created through which the circulars are sent instead of using manpower. website and classroom notice board are interconnected by means of establishing a connection between hosting server and arduino module. now , the message to be displayed is entered in the webpage and sent over wifi to the monitor. only authorized users can access the website as it requires username, password and security key. hence there is no problem of misuse of the website. after receiving the message from the website, it will be displayed in the monitor and the message will be stored in the sd card for future use. as soon as the message is displayed, an acknowledgement will be sent to the web page through the arduino module. a message can also be sent to a particular system by means of giving the destined system number in the website. thus the project reduces manpower, saves time and the information can be updated as soon as possible whenever needed from any location . it is less expensive and portable.
