Means Of Controlling Running Behaviour Of Traveller During Ring Spinning & Its Impact On Process Efficiency, Yarn Quality & Cost.

Ring frame is an important segment of yarn manufacturing process, as it decides production rate and thereby economy of any spinning mill for the given yarn quality. amongst commercialized spinning technologies, ring spinning still holds a dominating position on the account of better yarn quality and versatility but lags behind at an economic front due to considerably lower attainable spindle speed. this paper describes an attempt made to develop an innovative means for earning contactless and thus a frictionless drive to the traveller on the ring. this proposed set up will expectedly give a confined path to the traveller and, thus will help in producing better quality yarn at an economical rate. the sensitive analysis of explored innovative concept can lead us to lay the foundation for getting the controlled running behaviour of traveller. this can offer a bright possible future to the legendary unmatched yarn quality owner ring spinning system at an economic front also by matching its production rates with present unconventional spinning systems.
