# background/importance of research: india is multilingual country. language is basic barrier in communication, education & carrier. # purpose/hypothesis (thesis or statement of problem): i belongs to small village called 'mahiravani' of nashik district. i had my schooling in zila parishad marathi medium school. until then it was perfectly fine. but the moment i entered into engineering diploma, i faced a horrible language problem because everything was in english . i was so terrified & worried that i was about to quit. but i make my mind & discovered a new friend i.e. dictionary! to my surprise, i ranked first in the class of 60. right then i promised myself to help everyone who is facing similar language problem. i started coding dictionaries on computer, mobile, tablet, web, ivr, sms etc. # procedures/data/observations: indian languages inclusive innovation does not required smart phones or internet connectivity. millions of users are now learning & understanding other languages with their native language on mobile phones. we had installed our mobile applications on mobile phones of some school dropouts in a village & found their vocabulary considerably increased. while farming, feeding castles, they learn new words & languages simply by playing with mobile phones. # conclusions/applications: there are 6 billion mobile users at world level with 90% of the world population and 80% of the population living in rural areas. hence, mobile technology is going to play a key role in social development & transformation in many aspects.
