For my project report “impact of employer branding on employee engagement”, first task is to study industry, i select pharmaceutical industry of ankleshwar. definition "employee engagement” means level of enthusiasm and dedication a worker feels toward his/her job. engaged employee cares their work and about the performance of the company, and feels that their efforts make a difference. minchington defines employer brand as "the image of your organization as a 'great place to work”. the process of employer branding is concerned with talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies deployed to enhance your company's employer brand. objective to study the impact of employer branding on employee engagement. to find out the effect of employee engagement on productivity and satisfaction of employees. to identify that the current employer branding should helps the organization to attract and retain employees. to know the engagement level of employees. to analyze the employee value proposition of the company. research methodology descriptive research design i.e survey method is used to study impact of employer branding on employee engagement by collecting primary and secondary source of data. a structured questionnaire will be undertaken as a tool to collect data from employees, samples are selected by convenient sampling method.70 employees are selected from companies of ankleshwar namely wockhardt ltd, sun pharma, lupin ltd, rajat pharma for research. findings most of the employees of pharmaceutical industry are enjoying their work as they feel proud in working with their organization. majority of employees are highly satisfied with the policies of the company. most of the employees agree that the rewards and recognition in the organization are according to performance and skills. most of the employees are agree that the atmosphere in the organization is of openness and trust as they get feedback regularly from their supervisor for improving performance. from the study it is clear that employer branding retains the employees of pharmaceutical industry. most of the employees want to stay with the organization because of company image, while others stay in the organization for performance recognition and opportunities for growth. pharmaceutical industry of ankleshwar acquires talented employees easily. majority of the employees are highly satisfied with their job as they have same experience in company as they perceived of it. from the study it is clear that current employee engagement practices have increased productivity of organization. from the study it is reveal that there is a well-known brand image of organization among its existing employees. suggestions there should be some improvement in company’s policies, rules & regulations. since almost all the employees are satisfied with the job, but it has to be sustained in the future as well. an organization has to maintain balance between rewards and recognition and performance and skills of the employees to increase the brand image of the organization, as it will retain, engage and attract talented employees. conclusion it can be concluded that there is an effect of employer branding on employee engagement as most of the employees stay in the organization because of company’s image and because of this they are highly involved and dedicated to their work and because of they enjoy their work, the productivity of organization will also increase.
