In this new type of automobile mechanism(hybrid techno board) we present the design of an on-board-assisting system for a hybrid vehicle . hybrid techno board (htb) represent one of the key technologies to make the transportation easy, their effective potential in real world is to replace in the place of more polluting vehicles. driving conditions strongly depends on the performance of their energy management system (ems) and its capability is to maximize the efficiency in real life.the energy demand possessed by the electrical system requires maintaining an appropriate balance between the energy sources-done by an on-board-processing element which can be charged by itself with help of mankind and it facilitates the system to run automatically.this project can be used anywhere, either at industry or office.this is also cost efficient. the attempt of our techno board can be charged by solar energy as well as man power . it is eco-friendly and is also easy for transportation. the techno board can be used easily and efficiently. we have made the hybrid techno board to run successfully with our own ideas using ems strategies . the tested vehicle can achieve , test conditions even in higher efficiency levels and it proves the effectiveness of hybrid techno board to reduce co2 emissions. electric vehicles are available but recharging plays a major role among them to travel for a long distance. in our day to day life we strive to search for clean power sources . in order to reduce pollution ,we have converted fuel into electricity which is a unique combination with high efficiency by increasing it's run time. the development of converting the fuel into electricity requires basic device components. though a little change is made ,the durability remains same and can bring a great change by reducing pollution from 80 percent to 10 percent . this can bring a great change in automobile industry around the globe .
