Abstract. a method of electrical power generation that utilizes traffic on existing roadways to generate the electricity. the electrical power generating device includes an air compressible chamber covered with one or more protection layers which lie beneath the surface of the road. when a vehicle passes over the arrangement will affect the displacement of the air flow through the circuit. the circuit includes unidirectional flow control valves for directing the flow of air. the compressed fluid is forced on the air turbine converting the energy of air into mechanical energy. the mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy by using a generating device and can be used for different application.
