As water boils in the cooker which acts as a boiler it is converted into steam and the steam is trapped in a rubber pipe attached to the valve. this steam is cooled with the help of natural air surrounding the pipe and further is converted to water again. the obtained water is collected in a vessle which is kept at the end of the pipe.
