Disha : Ultra Low Cost Solution For Self Employment For Handicap People & Rural Women Empowerment
Project Description :

Abstract:- (jobs at home) my innovation 'disha' [pedal / hand powered grinding machine] is devolved for handicap people to increase self employment . it doesn't required any vocational training , it is also capable to produce employment in our rural area . it doesn't need electricity , it can be widely use in food sector , it's support for suitable livelihoods made them self reliance and their families improve self respect and confidence among disable people . it is paddle/hand power grinding machine. it is multipurpose machine.it can easily operated by handicap person or by normal person. to grind the spices & grain it can be easily use.for make this i used gear belt concept to get maximum output in minimum input . here gear system continue increase the rate of operation .in similar way i am interested to develop an paddle powered oil speller machine (without electricity ) for rural area's in india. for increase the efficiency(if necessary ) :- --> an gravity theory explains that if a energy pulse is applied to a flywheel, then during the instant of that pulse, excess energy equal to 2mgr is fed into the flywheel, where m is the mass (weight) of the flywheel, g is the gravitational constant and r is the radius of the centre of mass of the flywheel, that is, the distance from the axle to the point at which the weight of the wheel appears to act. if all of the flywheel weight is at the rim of the wheel, the r would be the radius of the wheel itself.to use in industry we can add flywheel in system. this means that if the flywheel is driven smoothly at constant speed, then there is no energy gain. however, if the drive is not smooth, then excess energy is drawn from the gravitational field. that energy increases as the diameter of the flywheel increases. it also increases as the weight of the flywheel increases. it also increases if the flywheel weight is concentrated as far out towards the rim of the flywheel as is possible. it also increases, the faster the impulses are applied to the system. thank you !!
