Innovation in polymers is a major challenge of this century. sustainable development leads to the growth of a safer , affordable and cost effective product. polypropylene combined with flyash could be a cost effective and eco friendly product.effect of flyash as filler in mechanical properties of pp is described in this study. the composites were prepared using twin screw extruder and then test specimen were prepared by injection moulding. various addition level of fa from 10% - 40% were incorporated to observe the results.the composites show decrease tensile strength.
