The purpose of the present invention is to develop and provide technology for development of a green material which is synthesized using waste material as its major component, i.e, development of material using waste paper and dried leaves as its major component. in the present innovation a fixed quantity of waste paper by weight was pulped and mixed with different proportion of dried leaves by weight, using proper binder and anti-corrodent the mixture was compressed in a compression chamber of cross section 10x10 mm. the resulting materials at ratio>5 for paper:dried leaves had higher strength then wood and had similar texture as wood.
