Athletic records are broken year after year and limits of human performance continue to be debated. human muscle fiber type may influence what sports you are naturally good at or whether you are fast or strong. the problem facing now in sports is that athletes are trained without knowing their real ability and that's the reason for losing many competitions. just as soon as i think about it, i come to a known about the muscle fibers. muscle fiber types can be broken into two main types: slow twitch muscle fiber (type 1) and fast twitching fiber (type 2). these distinctions seem to influence how muscles respond to training and physical activity, and each fiber type is unique to contract in certain way. if it is possible to determine the proportion of these fibers, it helps in the early prediction of human capability for the selection of the right event. slow twitch fibers help in long endurance feats such as distance running, while fast twitch muscle fibers fatigue faster but are useful in powerful bursts of movements like sprinting. existing methods to find muscle fiber type is muscle biopsy which is an invasive method, and also it creates discomfort, bleeding, infection and pain. the proposed prototype aims at finding which muscle fiber is predominant, and in that way fosters the development to improve the capability of individuals, by evaluating fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. predominance is found based on analyzing emg and those parameters that differentiate fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. by this method, athletes can build their sports careers more efficiently. the main application of the device will be in school-level physical education trainers, who can find the type of muscles fiber in the students, and train them to be the best performers. although many elite athletes are blessed with the right genetics for their sport and a great training routine, even recreational athletes can make the most of their abilities with optimal conditioning.
