The project covers a value added service and surveillance for wide range of applications such as in the aircraft systems, road traffic signal offenders and monitoring ship movements. the operation is processed in three stages such as sensing, processing and transmitting/receiving of the data. here sensors play a major role in measurement of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, speed etc., which can be read by an observer or by a instrument and transmit during abnormalities. recorder is used to provide audio & video information which can be transmitted to the relevant authorities using wireless networks. the main objective of this paper is to investigate the existing system concept of storing audio and data in the black box. to overcome that, we have proposed new concept of black box monitoring including both audio ,video and data transmission with recording
