Chlorthalidone and nebivolol hydrochloride are anti hypertensive drugs. this combination is yet not available in the market. method developed for this combination is rp-hplc method with mobile phase ammonium acetate buffer(0.02m):acn. both drugs gives proper retention time as 1.51min chlorthalidone and 5.5min nebivolol. uv method which was developed was also a accurate method for this synthetic mixture.uv detection was done at 285nm. ratio is 1:2 for nebivolol and chlorthalidone respectively.
