Blind people face many problems in their daily life. because of their blindness one of the major problem is to detect object or obstacles around them. they have been struggling to get around independently in an unfamiliar environment. when they are walking they use blind stick or guide to help their daily walking for detection of object. but it may be happens that the blind stick will hit some person when it wagging.so there is need to develop device that can detect obstacle automatically. all in all this project mainly will focus on electronic devises that help the blind to improve their independent traveling. in this project, we provide artificial vision using smart belt that can detect static and dynamic object around them. here we use ultrasonic theory in which ultrasonic sensor send ultrasonic wave continuously. these devices use the reflectance property of the high frequency ultrasound. ultrasonic sensors are used to calculate distance of the obstacles around the blind person to guide the user towards the available path. after detection of object, belt gives a warning signal. now warning signal change according to movement of that person.so a person can move freely without wagging any device continuously. it provides smart vision for outdoor and indoor environment.
