As a part of abstract, we would like to provide some information about the current implementation about the farm-o-pedia application. the detailed functionalities are as follows 1. suitable crops according to season and land: the app will provide guidance by providing list of all suitable crops as per the land type and soil. 2. fertilizers: different fertilizers proportions and herbicides would be listed for speedy growth of crops and to protect them from unwanted weeds. 3. insecticides and pesticides: to free farmers from harmful pests and insects which damage the crop, information would be provided about it and the banned pesticides would also be stated which are harmful for plants and human beings. 4. irrigation methods: since water being one of the biggest requirements for crops, many methods available for irrigation. drip irrigation, sprinklers etc. would be detailed to help farmers get acquainted about necessary technologies. 5. weather information: daily weather information would be provided by tracking their location by gps service example-temperature, humidity levels etc. 6. dairy management: this module of farm-o-pedia can be used by animal keepers in milk business on routine basis. 6.1) the animal keeper can use the app to keep a count of animals like cow, buffalo, goat etc. he can also fill the other details like age, gender etc. 6.2) the animal keeper can set the milking times for different animals of the cattle. alarms would be used to remind them about this. and all these information is available in two languages. english and gujarati.
